花园城市实践,波兰住区“居于城市” / Medusa Group

Medusa Group:“居于城市(Live in the City)”的项目愿景是有关花园城市的概念,其布局主要满足必要的功能服务,幼儿园、学校、商店、咖啡馆以及位于住宅楼一楼的服务设施几乎使地区实现了自给自足。我们所创建的住宅区保证各个家庭成员(尤其是儿童和老年人)能获得全面的基础服务,如幼儿教育、药房、医疗点、商店、银行和购物中心。

Medusa Group: The vision of the project Live in the City refers to the concept of a garden city, primarily in the layout of the necessary services. Kindergarten, school, shops and cafes as well as services located in premises on the ground floor of residential buildings make Osiedle Wizjonerów in Kraków, Poland is almost self-sufficient. We create a housing estate that guarantees the family – children and seniors – access to all basic services: kindergartens pharmacies, medical points, shops, banks, shopping centres.

不同阶段建筑立面的当代饰面都各有差异,而本项目的住宅拥有其独特的特点,因为它完全由Medusa Group的建筑师操刀设计。钢板、带隔热层的薄层石膏和优质构件保证了建筑优雅而现代的风格品质,我们希望每个综合体都有其独特的建筑特征,营造出场地的社区感。

The modern finish of the elevation is different for each stage. The estate, however, has its unique character as it was designed entirely by our architects. Steel panels, thin-layer plaster with thermal insulation and high-quality components all guarantee that the buildings will remain elegant and modern. We would like each complex to have a feature of architecture making it distinct, yet allowing the whole estate to find a sense of community.

项目一期的建筑特点是由穿孔金属板制成的阳台,每50平方米的公寓就有超过20平方米的露台,公寓的构造使我们能够从视觉上缩小其规模,同时我们也不断适应和调整公寓,并激发了户外活动的可能性。

The feature characteristic to the first stage are balconies made of perforated metal sheet. For every 50 sqm flat there is over 20 sqm terrace! Tectonics of these flats allows us to optically reduce their scale, while at the same time we adapt to the apartments and open the possibility of going outdoors.

二期项目与一期的不同点在于熟料的使用,更加的适用、精致且持久。建筑表面是石墨色的陶瓷砖,并以区别于其他材料颜色的荧光绿强调了阳台的外观。当我们找到一个可以进行功能性转化的视觉创意点时,我们对此也深感欣慰。

What makes the second stage distinctive is clinker. Practical, noble and lasting. The buildings faced with a graphite-colored ceramic brick have a distinct fluo-green color accent. We are happy when we can find a visual idea that legibly translates into functionality.

三期项目由垂直的点式建筑组成,立面上覆盖着grinswood色系的绿色面板,并辅以耐候钢色调进行突出与强调。

The third stage consists of vertical, point buildings, clad with green panels in the color of grinswood, complemented by a corten-colored accent.

视觉识别系统是住宅区中最美丽的特色之一,每个阶段都有单独的设计,旨在使停车场和走廊区中一些枯燥乏味的空间更加有趣和注重用户体验。

The Visual Identification System is one of the most beautiful distinguishing features of our housing estate. Designed individually for each stage of the investment, it is meant to make the otherwise boring and technical spaces of the car parks and corridors more interesting and user-friendly.

视觉标识的目的还在于促进建筑周围的沟通,为居民和访客指路。开发空间的质量体现在对细节的关注度上,我们希望居民不仅是在自己的公寓中感到舒适,更希望他们在每一处共享空间里都能倍感幸福。

The goal is also to facilitate communication around the building and help residents/guests find their way. The quality of the spaces developed is best reflected in the level of attention to detail. We want tenants to feel good not only in their own apartments, but also in every section of the buildings’ shared spaces.
